Bailey was a special dog; she always loved being around her family and made sure we knew she was close by, occasionally giving a bark to say, “Hey, I’m here!” She loved to walk around the perimeter of the property scoping the edge of the trees. She loved to roll in the grass and had her favorite spots. Even in her later years, she would have moments of running that surprised all of us. I think it even surprised her. When Ivy came into her life (a teenage Sheepadoodle), it gave her more energy until Ivy started to bother her too much. Bailey would put Ivy in her place by giving a little growl to let Ivy know she was being too hyper. Bailey was definitely a teacher to Ivy on manners and how to behave. It was hard to let her go. We miss her dearly and know that she is in a better place, running around and having fun without any pain. We love you Bailey!
